I created Resting Rituals because when I became a mother, I couldn't find the kind of support I actually needed. Not vague reassurance. Not a pamphlet. Real, nourishing care, grounded in science and delivered with warmth.
Everything I offer is either research-backed or lived experience. Usually both.
